TentFoxCamp Ended on Its Own
Camp needs TentFox open with the phone face-down. Picking the phone up, locking it, or leaving the app ends Camp. Nothing you've collected is lost. If a call comes in, Camp just pauses.
Can I Lock the Phone During Burrow?
Burrow is meant to be watched, so keep the screen on (propped up works well). If you pop out of the app, you have one minute to come back before Burrow ends.
Why Does Screen Time Show TentFox?
Camp and Burrow time shows under TentFox in Screen Time. That's time away from everything else. iOS counts any app that's open, and an app can't leave itself out.
How Do I Start Fox's Nap Quickly?
Press and hold the TentFox icon, then tap Fox's Nap. You can also add it to Control Center or the Lock Screen.
Restoring TentFox Pro
On a new phone, open Settings in TentFox and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought Pro with. Lifetime works with Family Sharing.
Cancelling the Yearly Plan or Asking for a Refund
Apple handles payments. To cancel, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
